Your order constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms. All orders are subject to our acceptance. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion, even after a confirmation has been sent. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
In the event we cancel an accepted order, we will attempt to notify you by email or phone and will issue a full refund via your original payment method.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order placement, as shown in your order confirmation. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges, which will be itemized at checkout.
We strive to display accurate pricing. In the event of a typographical or system-generated pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. Affected customers will be notified before any charge is processed at a corrected price.
Payment must be received before we accept an order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and such financing providers as we may offer from time to time. By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use the payment method submitted; (iii) charges will be honored by your financial institution; and (iv) you will pay all charges including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes at the posted prices.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Sales tax is calculated and collected in jurisdictions where Garage Garage has established nexus, in accordance with applicable state law. The applicable tax amount will be displayed at checkout prior to order completion.
Promotional pricing and discount codes are governed by their own terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion terms govern for that transaction. Promotions are not combinable unless explicitly stated.
Garage Garage operates as a drop-ship retailer. Orders are fulfilled directly by our authorized vendor partners from their warehouse locations. By placing an order, you acknowledge the following:
- Estimated delivery dates are provided by vendors and carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather events, high-volume periods, or product availability changes after an order is placed.
- Multiple items in a single order may ship from different warehouse locations and arrive in separate shipments on different dates.
- Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of products to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring after carrier handoff.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for wheel and tire orders.
- Shipping to non-contiguous U.S. states (Alaska, Hawaii) and international destinations may be available for an additional fee, subject to carrier availability.
Full wheel and tire sets may ship as freight on pallets and may require a signature or liftgate service. It is your responsibility to inspect all freight deliveries for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt, note all damage in the presence of the driver before departure, and photograph all damage to packaging and product before moving any items.
Except for items designated as final sale or non-returnable, we accept returns of unused, unmounted products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery, subject to a return merchandise authorization (RMA). All returns must be approved prior to being shipped back. To initiate a return, contact us for an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Once approved, returned items must be received by us within 10 days of RMA issuance.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
- Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product.
- A restocking fee may apply. Contact us for current restocking fee details before initiating a return.
- For orders outside the contiguous 48 states, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including repacking, pickup, and transportation.
You are responsible for test-fitting wheel-only orders to your vehicle before having tires mounted. Once tires have been mounted to a wheel — even if a fitment issue is discovered — we cannot accept a return. For wheel and tire package purchases, test-fit the wheels on the vehicle before driving on them. Once wheels and tires have been mounted on the vehicle, we cannot accept a return under any circumstances, including fitment issues.
Returns arising from fitment errors caused by incorrect vehicle information submitted by the customer, or failure to verify compatibility prior to purchase, are subject to restocking fees and return shipping at the customer's expense.
The following are not eligible for return: items designated as final sale or clearance; custom or special-order products; suspension and accessory items that show signs of installation, attempted installation, or use.
Garage Garage does not manufacture or independently control any products sold on this Site. The availability of a product through our Site does not constitute an affiliation with or endorsement of the manufacturer. Accordingly, we do not provide independent warranties on products. Most products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty — please refer to documentation included with your product or contact us to confirm warranty coverage for a specific item. Certain items such as center caps, hub rings, and hardware accessories may not carry manufacturer warranty coverage.
To obtain warranty service, follow the instructions in the manufacturer's warranty documentation. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims on a best-effort basis. Within 30 days of delivery, we may at our discretion cover costs associated with warranty claims. After 30 days, costs associated with warranty claims — including shipping, inspection, and restocking — are the customer's responsibility. Please notify us as promptly as possible if you experience any product defect or issue.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools and services — including vehicle fitment databases and the Shop By Vehicle search tool — over which we neither monitor nor have control or input beyond what is described in these Terms.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of tools offered through the Site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Site. Such new features shall also be subject to these Terms.
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this Site may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of those sites, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials, websites, products, or services.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with third-party websites. Please review carefully the third party's policies and practices before engaging in any transaction. Complaints, claims, or concerns regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.

You agree that your submissions will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights. You agree that your submissions will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or any computer virus or malware. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person, or otherwise mislead us as to the origin of any submission. You are solely responsible for any submissions you make. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any submissions posted by you or any third party.
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using this Site or its content:

- (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
- (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
- (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Garage Garage provides a Shop By Vehicle (SBV) fitment search tool as a convenience to help customers identify potentially compatible wheels and tires for their vehicle. This tool relies on third-party vehicle and fitment databases and is not a guarantee of physical fit or safe operation. By using the SBV tool and purchasing products based on its results, you acknowledge:
- Vehicle specifications vary by trim level, production date, optional factory packages, and regional configuration. Our tool may not account for every variation within a model year.
- Aftermarket suspension modifications, lift kits, lowering springs, camber adjustments, or any other changes to your vehicle's geometry may affect fitment compatibility regardless of what the SBV tool indicates.
- Staggered fitment configurations (different front and rear sizes) have additional clearance and handling considerations not fully captured by our search tool.
- Dual-drilled wheels designed to fit multiple bolt patterns may require specific lug nuts, hub rings, or torque procedures beyond bolt-pattern matching alone.
- A wheel and tire combination may physically seat on a vehicle hub but still contact brake calipers, inner fender liners, sway bars, control arms, or suspension components under full steering lock, full suspension compression, or loaded conditions.
- It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify fitment prior to purchase by consulting a qualified tire and wheel installer or the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.
Product specifications and fitment data displayed on this Site are sourced from our vendor partners and third-party databases, including but not limited to the Wheel-Size API. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, we cannot guarantee that third-party data is complete, current, or error-free.
- Product specifications — including bolt pattern, offset, center bore, and load rating — are provided by vendors and displayed as received. Discrepancies may exist between displayed specifications and actual product dimensions.
- Vehicle compatibility data is maintained by third-party providers and may not reflect all model variants, regional differences, or recent production changes.
- We reserve the right to correct errors in product listings at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before your order is processed and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
By purchasing products from this Site, you accept full responsibility for ensuring correct installation. Specifically:
- Lug hardware: Wheels must be installed with the correct lug nuts or bolts for your specific wheel and vehicle. The lug seat style (conical/tapered, ball/radius, flat/mag) must precisely match the seat profile machined into your wheel.
- Torque: Lug nuts and bolts must be torqued to the vehicle manufacturer's specification using a calibrated torque wrench. Lug torque must be re-checked after the first 50–100 miles following installation.
- Hub-centric rings: If the wheel's center bore is larger than the vehicle's hub bore, hub-centric rings of the correct size are required.
- TPMS: Tire Pressure Monitoring System sensors may need to be transferred, recalibrated, reprogrammed, or replaced when installing new wheels or tires.
- Valve stems: Replace valve stems when mounting new tires. Reusing old valve stems is not recommended.
Garage Garage is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, use of incorrect hardware, or failure to follow manufacturer or OEM guidelines.
Aftermarket wheels and tires constitute vehicle modifications. Their use may affect your vehicle's handling, braking, speedometer accuracy, fuel economy, and conformity with local vehicle equipment codes. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring your use of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Load ratings: Selected wheels and tires must meet or exceed your vehicle's GVWR requirements, especially for trucks, SUVs, and vehicles used for towing.
- Speed ratings: Tires must carry a speed rating appropriate for your actual driving conditions. Installing tires with a lower speed rating than OEM specification is not recommended.
- Overall diameter changes: Significant changes in overall tire diameter affect speedometer calibration, ABS thresholds, and traction control sensitivity.
- Safety systems: Oversized fitments may adversely affect ABS, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), and traction control. Consult a qualified technician before deviating substantially from OEM specifications.
- Street legality: It is your sole responsibility to verify that your chosen products and installation comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations before operating on public roads.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. We may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.
Our sole and entire maximum liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, for any claim arising from your purchase or use of products through this Site shall be limited to the actual amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
The limitation of liability set forth above: (i) applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; and (ii) does not apply to liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to death or bodily injury resulting directly from our acts or omissions. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Garage Garage and its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from and against any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — made by any third party due to or arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (c) your use of any products purchased through this Site, including any claim arising from improper installation or use.
Any claim, dispute, or controversy — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise; whether pre-existing, present, or future; and including statutory, consumer protection, common law, intentional tort, injunctive, and equitable claims — between you and Garage Garage arising from or relating in any way to your purchase of products or services through this Site shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, except as modified by this Section. The AAA Rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section. The arbitrator will have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the arbitrability or enforceability of this provision, and may grant any relief that would be available in a court of law or equity. Any arbitration award is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You may elect to pursue your claim in small claims court rather than arbitration, provided you give us written notice of that election within 60 days of your purchase. Any such proceeding is limited solely to your individual dispute.
You agree to arbitration on an individual basis only. Neither you nor Garage Garage may join or consolidate claims with those of other customers, participate as a class representative or class member, or proceed in any private attorney general capacity. If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining arbitration terms remain in effect.
This Site is operated from the State of Florida. All matters arising out of or relating to these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice-of-law provision that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. To the extent any claim is not subject to arbitration under Section 21, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [COUNTY], Florida, and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
We will not be liable or responsible to you, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in our performance when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation: acts of God; flood, fire, earthquake, or explosion; governmental actions; war, invasion, or hostilities (whether declared or not); terrorist threats or acts; riot or civil unrest; national emergency; epidemic or pandemic; lockouts, strikes, or labor disputes; or restraints or delays affecting carriers, or inability to obtain adequate supplies of materials or services due to telecommunications or power outages.
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or by ceasing to use our Site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice. Upon termination, you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination, and we may deny you access to our Services or any part thereof.
You may not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment in violation of this Section is null and void. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. Such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms do not confer any rights or remedies on any person or entity other than you and Garage Garage.
